Deliveries
Orders are still being dispatched daily from our Wakefield depot, although next day deliveries may be affected, if you require an urgent delivery please contact our sales team prior to ordering.
Training courses
All our upcoming training courses have been cancelled, any customers that had booked to attend a course will receive an email from our training team with more information.
Contractor visits
Visits by Allbase approved contractors have been limited to emergency callouts only.
I am booked on a course, can I get a refund?
Yes, you can either get a refund or reserve a position on the next available course, if you have booked a course then you should receive an email with details on how to process a claim, if you don't receive the email then please contact us and we can arrange that for you.
Can I still place orders?
Yes, Allbase continues to serve customers. You can check the current delivery times at order checkout or via My Orders in your account. When selecting a delivery address, be aware that companies and businesses may be closed and unable to receive parcels.
Are delivery times being affected?
Delivery times have been affected as a result of the high load on the overall logistics network as a result, next delivery times for some items may be affected, please check out status page for more information.
Is it possible to return items?
Yes, you can continue to return items. Go to your orders page to return an item or check the return window for your order.
Reducing contact with the delivery driver?
Allbase's delivery partners have been advised to reduce contact with customers; this may include placing packages on the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If a signature is required, these are now performed at a distance.
Is it safe to receive a package?
The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.
