ViaBuild is a UK based online building materials supplier and delivery service. It acts as an intermediary between independent builders merchants and customers. The platform enables customers to search for building materials, place orders and choose from many delivery options including next day, same day and collection.
How do customers place orders?
Customers place orders on viabuild.co.uk or through the ViaBuild app available for iOS or Android mobile devices. Once an order is placed, you’ll receive it via email.
How do I get paid for orders?
Customers pay ViaBuild directly, and our partners receive an instant payment or weekly direct deposit from ViaBuild depending on preference.
How do I receive orders from ViaBuild?
Order Protocol determines the way your merchant will receive a customer’s order. For example, you can choose between using the Order Manager app on a tablet, fax, or email.
