Thanks for your question, the answer is yes Monopol with the addition of the reinforcement fleece can repair holes up to 150 mm in diameter.

To repair the hole simply cut the reinforcement fleece taking care to overlap the hole by at least 150mm. Fully encapsulate the edges of the reinforcement fleece into the wet Monopol base layer. Apply a second coat of Monopol and wait to cure.
