Thermal expansion
Fibrecoat has incredible flexibility and can withstand normal building movement and thermal expansion and contraction without the need for expansion joints on any surface area.
The eFlex technology enhances our product’s flexibility without adding any post-production additives which can lead to long-term problems with the life cycle of the roof membrane.

Foot traffic
The Fibrecoat system is available with non-slip finishes for walkways and heavy foot traffic. A Non-slip finish should be specified for high traffic areas and provides perfect protection for normal use on terraces, balconies and walkways. While the surface finish in anti-slip it will not eliminate the risk of slipping, particularly in winter conditions where ice has formed.
