Transferrable Guarantee

Hello,

We are looking to have the garage roof done on the side of the house, so we can sell the property. Can you tell me if your Basecare guarantees are transferrable to the new house owners?

Hi Lilly,

The answer is yes, you can transfer the Basecare warranty to another person, simply give us a call quoting the Basecare certificate number and we'll do the rest. Please not their is an admin charge to do this but we will go through that with you nearer the time.
