Requesting a callout from your Basecare+ warranty can be done online by signing into your account and clicking into the Basecare section from the Dashboard. From here you can schedule a visit from an approved installer for the time and date most convenient.

Alternatively you can contact us and speak to one of our team, who will arrange a visit over the phone. You will need to have your Basecare+ warranty number and we will ask you some security questions to approve your request.
