Transfer your Basecare plan
If you have an Basecare plan and want to sell your property, you can also transfer the ownership of your Basecare plan.
What you'll need
You will need to have the following information if you want to transfer your cover;

- The Basecare agreement number. This can be found on the documentation or by signing into your Allbase account.
- Images of the protected surface area in its current state
- Details of the new owners. If you're transferring your Basecare plan to another person, we also need to know the new owner’s name and address.
Submit your request
Contact us to start the process. Choose how to reach us:

- Transfer your Basecare cover online through your Allbase account
- Call Allbase Support and ask for help with a Basecare cover transfer
- Send a letter through the mail with your telephone number, email and mailing address and include the Basecare agreement number and copies of all sales receipts.
Administration charge
In order to transfer your Basecare guarantee to new owner their will be a one off administration charge of £60 (inc VAT) this includes issuing new certificates and setting the new owner up on our systems.
You can make this payment either online, bank transfer or cheque. Cheques are to be made payable to Allbase Group Ltd and can be sent to:
