A traditional fibreglass roofing system would not stick to plastic. A special white PVC trim was developed for GRP Roofing with a mechanical grip for the resin to bond to, but this was quite costly to manufacture and didn’t take off in the industry so it was scrapped.

A system like Fibrecoat however, can bond to a wide range of surfaces including uPVC and comes in a solar white finish to match if required.
